B & B is located a few steps from the Cenacolo and Santa Maria delle Grazie (which is the reason for booking in such a particular area of Milan, desert on weekend); very helpful staff, Luca was really kind and smiling on arrival and explained us how to get to Cenacolo and closest subway station. Room 174 is quite uncomfortable to reach: to get there you need to get a first elevator, then walk a long hallway, then get a second elevator for a ramp, turn the corner and get a third a final elevator to reach the floor I assumed to be the first (but was not). Room décor is basic, bathroom was clean apart from a dark hair found on the sink, there is a safe and fridge. Nice TV, comfortable bed. Excellent air conditioning system. On floor -1 I’ve seen a large breakfast room and 'lounge' room, we used to cool off and rest after wandering around the city on a hot and sunny day. Very decentralized compared to the area where I prefer to stay. The price/quality ratio is absolutely outstanding.
